The natural landscape has always held a fascination and magic for me - either when walking in it, working within it or interpreting it with my painting. I have always been drawn into its beauty, grandeur and wonder. It has, at one time or another, become a place that has uplifted me, provided sanctuary in times of sadness, allowed me to connect to the natural, untamed side of myself and brought me to a deep sense of peace and tranquillity.
